Purchases made in Play Magnus may sometimes need to be manually restored if you install Play Magnus on a new device, or you have deleted and reinstalled the app.
If purchases you have made previously are not automatically restored when installing Play Magnus, please follow these steps:
- Turn your device completely off, then on again.
- Open the Play Magnus app and log in with your email and password (or Facebook if you have signed up with Facebook instead of email).
- Open Settings (the cog icon) from the start screen, then select "Restore Purchases". Wait until the loading animation completes.
- Force quit the app.
- Restart the app, check that your purchases are restored.
