If you delete and reinstall Magnus Trainer on your device, or install Magnus Trainer on a new device, you may need to manually restore your purchase to activate your membership.
Note that a purchased membership on Google Play or App Store does not work across Android and iOS unless it's bought from our website www.playmagnus.com/membership.
If you have a membership on an iPhone or iPad:
Please follow these steps:
- Turn your device completely off, then on again.
- Make sure you are logged into the same account in App Store, as you were when you made the purchase originally. Note that membership bought on an Android device cannot be transferred to an iOS device. If you need help with this, please email us.
- Log into the same Magnus Trainer account as you purchased the membership for.
- In Magnus Trainer, open the “More” tab, select Settings, then select Restore Purchases. Wait until the loading indicator finishes.
- Force quit the Magnus Trainer app, then restart it.
- If you still don’t have infinite lives and access to all lessons, try turning your device completely off, then turn it back on again.

If you have a membership on an Android phone or tablet:
